Shortly after retiring from rock stardom, Joshua began writing code and designing websites full time. After stints as a senior designer/developer at Guggenheim.com and Asymptote, he joined Brooklyn digital agency Big Spaceship in 2002. Starting as the agency’s sole coder, he soon became a partner and Minister of Technology, serving as mentor and leader of the technology team for over a decade. The experiences created by this team for clients like Nike, Wrigley, HBO, GE, Royal Caribbean won numerous awards including One Show, Art Directors Club, Cannes Lions and Webby’s, and Big Spaceship was one of the first agencies to be inducted into the FWA Hall of Fame. Josh went on to become Chief Technology Officer at Publicis Kaplan Thaler in NYC, followed by a stint as Executive Creative Technology Director at Deutsch LA before joining TBWA as the Global Technology Director.
